About the role
As an Associate in Operations, you will be taking on daily assignments from clients and working in a team to successfully complete our deliverables and also improve the quality of our tasks. The role mainly involves handling online-based tasks and assignments assigned by clients on a daily basis and assisting the team leader to improve the quality of the deliverables. You can be a graduate or a running student. As long as you possess good English communication skills (verbal and written), are good with office applications and g-suite, and also if you can commit to the working hours, then there are great opportunities for you here in Space Link.

Responsibilities
At Space Link, your work will directly contribute to us achieving our long-term ambitions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Deliver top-quality work in an accurate and efficient way as measured by different performance metrics.
- Meet and exceed client mandated KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and ensure consistent performance based on a continuous improvement model.
- Follows Space Link’s quality assurance process to ensure the quality of its delivery.
- Keep things confidential. All logins and passwords (both internal and external) are kept confidential.
- Participate in training to improve your work.
- Gain deeper knowledge, and understanding, and comply with Space Link’s policies and procedures.
- Associates must maintain knowledge of the functional area and company policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
- Works closely with the team/team leader to highlight any obstacles in her/his delivery and eliminate those.
- Highlights any ambiguities in the instruction and the assignment.
- Document the complete work process and any changes, and communicate them with team members and the line manager at all times.
- Help with work process and assignment targets improvements.
- Flags for the line manager’s lack of skills and/or resources to achieve delivery quality in accordance with defined criteria.
Requirements
